This object defines the rate of change of torque
Torque is the tendency of a force to rotate an object about an axis. Just as a force is a push or a pull, a torque can be thought of as a twist. The value is given in units of per thousand of rated torque per second.
The minimum rate settable for the AKD2G is equivalent to the value of AXIS#.ICONT (= 1000 per mile) per ~ 420 milliseconds
equivalent to a value of ~ 2385 per mile/second.
